iv submitted this drawing before but first time around it had a slight sepia tone to it and i have finally re-scanned it to have an image more close to the original drawing.

This is a really great pencil piece because it commands the viewers attention right away. It feels very intimate the way the face is cropped on the page and she's looking directly at you. The execution with the pencil is great and I love the soft texture that makes this feel like snapshot. The strands of hair are my favorite part, and they help the composition by leading the eye from left to right. The hand on her face is also a nice touch which prevents the work form being too symmetrical. Usually I prefer charcoal drawings with a wider range of light and dark values, but the soft pencil works great here. Overall great work!
